Before you order

Send us three photos of the wall and your rough measurements and we will check the fit, flag anything in the way and tell you which size actually suits the space — free, with nothing attached to it. Most people are surprised by how much this changes what they order.

About an existing order

Have your order number handy — it is in your confirmation email and it is also your warranty reference. For anything about a delivery already in transit, quote the consignment number from the dispatch SMS as well and we can talk to the carrier for you.

We sell direct: the awning is built to your measurements and shipped to you, with no local distributor in between. Because we sell to consumers in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies to your order in full — the same guarantees, the same right to a refund or replacement for a major failure, as with any seller in the country. Our Warranty sits on top of that, not instead of it.
